I think this was a good way to be exposed to the many things that Web 2.0 has to offer. Some of them I thoroughly enjoyed while others were just an annoying experience :-o. But such is life.

Thank you sincerely for all the hard work you put into this to keep us updated and informed. It was truly beneficial.

I tried Technorati and didn't find it user friendly so I went back to Google Reader, which I found much easier.

Helpful leads especially for patrons. However, I like the leads to new books and videos. An error message comes up for the NY Times Book Reviews, which I would subscribe to.
RSS allows a patron to get some more information as well as information found on the main page via a different route.

Summaries are helpful, but actually getting into the book allowed me to get a real feel for it. This is really nice.

I always enjoy YouTube. It's like google, you just type in a word a a whole new world opens up. I checked out their collaboration videos and found it amusingly interactive. Just think what we can do at meetings. :-)
So many of the videos can be used in programs, especially involving teens. Its a way to get information across in a cool way.

Library Thing has a lot to offer. I like that I now have a personal library as well as a personal reader's advisory. I will probably use it to keep a running record of what I'm reading.

I tend to like the subject headings more than the clouds. The cloud gave me too much information to search through. However, I like it because if I were searching for something unique, I might have more luck with the cloud.

Both Facebook and MySpace offer so much information, so it becomes a matter of preference as to which one I'd use more for social networking, which probably would be Facebook. Facebook as of now has 135 fans. I tried to "view all" but had some difficulty. I liked the fact that there was a lot of help for students listed on both sites. I found Facebook a little easier to navigate with less wasted words and space.
